Charles is incredibly talented. He was a lifesaver after another barbershop botched my undercut. He did a perfect fade and did an excellent job with my design request. It's difficult to find somewhere that does well with women's undercuts but this place does a phenomenal job. I also glanced at Melissa's cut that she was giving a man and it looked great! I trust Melissa and Charles with my hair. I will be back monthly!

Melissa and Charles are two great people! They’re funny, talented at their work, and friendly. I actually have not gotten my haircut by anyone else since I started seeing Melissa about 7 years ago, and I’ve never been disappointed. Charles has never cut my hair, but i’ve seen enough people leave his chair happy and fresh that I’d trust him with my hair any day. Very happy with Uppercuts and I don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon for a trim or big cut.
I've been a regular customer for over 5 years, and I hope I drop dead before I'm forced to go anywhere else. Melissa always does an incredible job. She takes her time, exhibits utmost professionalism, and has honed her craft into a true artform. She stays on top of industry developments and innovations, and makes sure you're leaving with more than what you paid for. I've never had a single mediocre haircut, let alone a bad one. She and Chuck are an absolute blast to spend time with. They make you feel like you've been lifelong friends and are always quick to offer you a smile and a beer/soda/bottled water. After a few conversations with them both, you'll quickly realize they take a vested interest in you as a person, and you're not just another client. Once I moved past a "high and tight" hairstyle, and required someone with some skill, I searched all over Green Bay for years to find someone who measured up. I'm glad I decided to give Mel a try all those years ago, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. If I go bald before she retires, I'll consider myself fortunate.
